We areseeking a motivated student who has past CAD design experience. You will getthe opportunity to:
  • Assist with testing of geometry relateddevelopment features, which may include manual testing, developing automatedtests, test analysis, etc.
  • Create test cases and suggest possible testsfor the automated testing suites.
  • Profile code to evaluate performance and do aninitial analysis of bugs
  • Submission of bug reports from the abovetesting
  • Develop/modify scripts for collection andanalysis of test results
  • Independently evaluate and provide feedback onthe usability of certain features or workflows

  • Currently enrolled in a university pursuing adegree in Mechanical Engineering, Scientific Visualization, AerospaceEngineering, Computational Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or arelated field
  • Past experience with CAD modeling
  • Classroom or practical exposure tomulti-physics simulation tools for CFD or FEA.
  • Classroom or practical experience with at leastone commercial package, preferably Siemens NX, Solidworks, CATIA or ProEngineer/Creo,SpaceClaim, Inventor and SolidEdge
  • Genuine interest in CAD modeling.
  • Knowledge of Java, C++, Python, Linux Shell orequivalent programming language
  • Classroom or practical experience withcommercial CFD or Multiphysics software such as Simcenter STAR-CCM+, HyperMeshor ANSYS
  • Experience working on both Windows and Linuxoperating systems
