SiemensMobility Customer Services continues to grow, and we are looking for our nextCommercial Project Manager. Siemens MobilityCustomer Services provides support for Rolling Stock and Rail Infrastructureacross North America. We provide a wide arrayof services from spare parts and vendor managed inventory concepts to long termmaintenance and support contracts and exciting digital offerings. Our goal is to provide services to ensuremobility systems run constantly, efficiently, reliably and sustainably.

TheCommercial Project Manager is an important role to support the long-term success ofour business. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the bidmanagement team and will work closely with cross functional partners and willbe responsible for the end to end process of bids. This will includecoordinating with our legal and technical teams, as well as accounting, financialservices and risk management. This roleis responsible for leading comprehensive reviews the calculation and commercialterms and conditions of the proposal for multi-million-dollar projects.

Additionalresponsibilities of this role:

• Coordinateand conduct review with other subject matter experts (Siemens FinancialServices, Risk Management, Tax, Legal, Export Control and Customs) for keyinputs
• Completecomplex calculations for multi-year project business
• Participatein contract reviews
• Compilelist of comments/exceptions to commercial terms and conditions
• Determinationof the business model with contract manager, bid manager and business heads
• Providedocumentation for bid approval (LOA) process (NCM documentation, claimstrategy, etc)
• Completeresponsibility questionnaires and certifications of compliance with federal andstate requirements
• Completecommercial proposal requirements and verify completeness of the proposalpackages with management sign-off
• Involvementwith all PM milestone meetings
• Proactiveforecasting and controlling of the bid cost

Education:

• BS/BA in Accounting/Finance/Economics(or related discipline) or advanced degree
