This is a role wellsuited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.As a Production Operator - 1st shift, you will beresponsible for:

• Performing numerous filling and packaging operations to support manufacturing schedules. Equipment includes fillers, cappers, labelers, high-speed checkweighers and automated packaging machinery.
• Performing a wide variety of routine manufacturing functions within area of specialization.
• Selecting appropriate processes from clearly documented work instructions.
• Seeking advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from Coordinator or Supervisor.
• Participating in continuous improvement and safety related activities.

Required Education,Skills, Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Typically up to 2 years of successful experience in area of responsibility.
• Demonstrates correct understanding of routine aspects of work.
