We're looking for dedicated people with the skills and vision to build a better tomorrow by joining our manufacturing team!

What are your responsibilities?
  • Oversees copper, steel, aluminum and glastic parts that come to the Switchgear building from production
  • Ensures parts are made to spec based on the part cut sheet and function properly within the actual switchgear cabinets
  • Works with production and assembly supervisors to make sure parts are built on time and in the correct quantities
  • Works with mechanics and panel wirers in the event part design intent does not match physical build of the wire panels and switchgear cabinets
  • Organizes and maintains switchgear stock parts using Kanban system
  • Works alongside quality engineers to minimize part discrepancies for future builds
  • Checks in and organizes purchased part shelves for each job
  • Works with shipping to ensure jobs are sent out on time and with all the necessary equipment
  • Aids in shop floor layout
  • Aids shipping in the event assistance is needed

What are the required knowledge, skills & experience?
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must complete and pass Essential Functional Testing.
  • 2+ years experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
  • Must be able to reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs , and push/pull/slide heavy material.
  • Must be able to make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb.
